As you might know, MEC Design is one of Europe’s leading Mercedes Benz tuners and one of the few tuning companies that prove they can really enhance the Stuttgart based German car manufacturer’s models.
Lately, the MEC Design team worked on an Mercedes Benz SLS giving it a more aggressive looking style and a new sleek kit.
This kit included a new set of front and rear bumpers, a front lip that can be optionally made of carbon fiber, a set of side skirts with integrated LED lights, new rear spoiler and diffuser and of course a roof scoop.
On the other hand, the standard wheels were replaced with MEC’s original MECxtremelll 3tg rims measuring 10.5×20 up front, and 11.5×21 at the rear. But these ultra light alloy wheels would be nothing without the two sets of 265/30ZR20, and 295/25ZR21 sized performance tires.
On the inside, the SLS received a full customization of the main components, MEC Design choosing to use a lot of real carbon fiber in decorating the steering wheel, center console and storage compartments.
Beside the basic sleek kit, the guys over at MEC are also offering three different types of rear bumper: Formula diffuser, Extreme diffuser or GT3 diffuser respectively, the first one coming also in a carbon fiber finish by MEC Design.
